| Timely Shipping | Orders sent by Standard Shipping will normally reach you within 5 business days from the date of shipment and within 2-3 days if the 2-3 Day Shipping Option is chosen. | Reliability | We are able to track all domestic US orders from the moment they leave our distribution center until they reach your doorstep. In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive within the specified time, please submit a ticket using the “About My Order” option, and we will track your package, ensuring a speedy recovery. | Free Shipping on all Orders over $150 | This offer is good for standard shipping within the United States to the first "ship to" address in your order. Qualifying amount applies to the final price of the merchandise only. SHUKR Gift Certificate purchases, as well as shipping & handling costs do not count toward the qualifying amount. No adjustment will be made on previous purchases. This offer is only valid in the US. The free shipping that SHUKR offers is a privilege we wish to continue to offer. However, we are only able to do this if the order value remains over $150.00. Hence if an item is returned for a refund, and as such the amount of the original order falls below $150, we are forced to charge the original shipping costs to the customer. Please note that this only applies to refunds and not to returns processed with store credit.
