Using Store Credit
To use or view your store credit you must be signed into your account. Please make sure that you are signed in to the correct SHUKR country website i.e the country website where you previously placed your order(s) from.
If you have forgotten the password you used then click Forgot Your Password? on the Sign In page to reset your password.
If you have forgotten the email you used then please Contact Us and provide us with your order number.
To use your Store Credit, place an order like usual - add the items you would like to order in the shopping bag, then click on the checkout button at the top of the page, then proceed to secure checkout. If you are not already logged into your account then login as a returning customer. Now, when you are logged into your account, the store credit balance will be displayed under the shopping cart items next to the order total. Click on apply to deduct the Store Credit amount from your order total.
- If the balance of the Store Credit does not cover the full cost of the order, the remaining balance can be paid using any other payment option.
- If the balance of the Store Credit is higher than the cost of the order, the remaining credit can be used towards a future purchase. In this case, the payment option to choose will be “Store Credit Payment”.
- If you don't want to use the Store Credit on your purchase, you can cancel it by clicking on the Cancel button under the shopping cart items next to the order total.
